The closing date for our photographic competition – ‘The Spirit of the Axe’ is fast approaching and the deadline, Sunday 11th May 2025, is your last chance to get your entries in. The competition, created by local historian and Axminster Heritage Centre volunteer, David Knapman, is designed to mark the 150th Anniversary of George Pulman’s, ‘The Book of the Axe’.
