As a private charity we have to raise all our own fees for running cost. We do not receive any funding from the local authority or government and are dependent on the goodwill of the public and grants.
The entry fee alone an amazing bargain at only £4.00 is not enough to sustain us through risings costs and energy bills, so public support is vital to our very existence.
For only £12.50 per year, ALL Axminster Heritage Members are entitled to the following benefits:

- Regular newsletters keeping you up to date with what we are doing, articles of interest and upcoming events.
- Early notification of events by email (via Mailchimp)
- Invitations to special members-only events (via Mailchimp and posters around Axminster).
- Membership Card to get free entry to museum and Discounts on Heritage Alive events and any discounts by our partners.
- Voting rights at the AGM

The Members Newsletter
Axminster Heritage produce a high quality and informative members newsletter which is sent as an PDF email to all members who have supplied us with their email address bi-monthly (usually February, April, June, August, October and December). The Newsletters are usually eight pages of useful and relevant information about what the Heritage Centre is all about and interesting stories from Axminster. We encourage our members to contribute and give feedback on the content of Newsletters.
