As part of the Cherry Fayre activity Cherry Quizzes were on sale at the Heritage Centre, Stockland Fair, Axe Vale Festival, Archway Bookshop, Sublyme Cafe, River Cottage Kitchen & Deli and the Castle Inn. The winner of the quiz was Carole Evershed from Exmouth who scooped the £20 prize. Her entry was the first one to be drawn today with all answers correct.
Proceeds will be divided 50:50 Axminster Heritage : Light Up Axminster.
